Cancelation Policy

After School Classes and Skills Classes

If for any reason you have to cancel before the end of a session/class you will be credited or refunded the remaining portion less a 10% administrative fee. If you registered outside of O3, you must contact the agency you registered through.

Camps and Leagues

O3 does not offer refunds for cancellations within 14 days before the start of a Camp or League. Space is limited and we cannot be sure that a cancelled space will be filled. We do offer CREDITS to be used towards future programs. Special circumstances will be considered. 

Club Teams

There are limited positions available for O3 Club Teams for Basketball and Volleyball. Therefore there are no refunds for injuries, sickness or change of plans once you have committed. Refunds, Credits, or Pro-rating is at the discretion of the Director. Parents and Players understand that if a player incurs an injury, becomes ill, is dismissed from the club, or decides not to play at any time, that they remain liable for the total club season dues. Any outstanding fees and dues will be due within seven (7) days of the players termination from the club. Each player must pay a deposit in order to confirm their position on their team. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE as are all club payments thereafter. O3 will NOT refund any payments. If any payments are late or in default, the player will not be allowed to attend any practices or tournaments until payment is made. Parents will also be held liable for any and all attorney, court and administrative costs associated with the collection of unpaid fees. 


Should you wish to join a program after the official start date, you will be required to pay full price. Pro-rating is at the discretion of the Director.

Weather Cancelations

Should facilities be closed and/or a program is cancelled due to inclement weather, One on One is not obligated to reschedule the program.
